The morning, reimagined

Less chasing. More knowing.

A logbook gets the day started. A connected record keeps it moving—from the gate to the office to home.

Designed for imperfect days

The details that make the day work.

Built for real school mornings: dropped connections, lost ID cards, attendance corrections, and reports due today.

Keep home in the loop

Every message records whether it was queued, sent, skipped or failed, so nobody has to guess whether a guardian was told.

Where this is going

Attendance first. Not attendance only.

Scholiyo is built one school office at a time, on one shared record. Here is what runs today, and the order the rest is being built in.

  1. Available now

    Attendance operations

The whole school day from the gate to the report. This is the part you can see working, and the record everything else is built on.

    • Kiosk check-in and check-out, online or offline
    • Guardian messages by SMS and in Scholiyo Connect
    • Student, guardian, teacher and staff records
    • Corrections, follow-ups and a full audit history
    • Daily, transaction and delivery reports
  2. Next

The rest of the student record

Attendance is one column of a student's record. The next work fills in the rest of the school year around it.

    • Enrollment and transfers as a tracked process
    • Subjects, timetables and class schedules
    • Assessment and grade records
    • Progress a guardian can follow
  3. After that

    The offices around the classroom

The services that live in their own notebooks today become modules on the same record, with the same permissions and the same audit trail.

    • Fees, payments and receipts
    • Library issuing and returns
    • Clinic visits and medication
    • Guidance and discipline cases
    • Transport routes and riders
  4. Further out

    Seeing the whole school

Once the school day is on one record, the question changes from what happened this morning to what is changing over a year.

    • Trends and analytics across terms
    • Staff records and payroll
    • A documented API for the systems you already report into

What we commit to is the order, not the dates. We do not publish a delivery schedule, and what schools tell us they need next is how the order gets decided.

Tell us what your school needs next

Handling children’s records

Their school day. Their data. Your responsibility.

Student records deserve care. School isolation, guardian consent, and private photos are built into daily operations.

Each school is isolated
One school's records are never reachable from another, enforced in the database itself.
Guardian consent is respected
Messages go only to guardians with a verified relationship who have not opted out, re-checked at the moment of sending.
Devices are registered, not shared
A kiosk uses its own revocable credential rather than a staff sign-in, and revoking it takes effect immediately.
Photos stay private
Student photos and generated cards live in private storage and are served only to people authorized to see them.

Before you ask

Good questions. Clear answers.

The practical details, from your existing hardware to getting your reports out.

Ask us something else
What happens when the internet goes down?

The kiosk keeps accepting students. Check-ins are held on the device and sent in the order they happened once the connection returns, and a student scanned twice is still recorded once.

Do we need to buy special hardware?

No. The kiosk runs in a browser on a device you already have, using its camera. Students can present a printed QR card, a barcode, or type their student number.

What does messaging guardians cost?

SMS is charged per message by the provider, so the cost follows your volume. Scholiyo shows how many message segments a template will use before you save it, and how many a broadcast will send before you approve it, so the bill is never a surprise.

Can a teacher see the whole school?

Only if you grant it. A teacher sees the classes they are assigned to, attendance staff run the day, and administrators manage the school. Every view and export is checked and recorded.

Is our data stuck inside Scholiyo?

No. Every report exports as CSV, Excel or PDF, or prints, and includes all the rows you are authorized to see rather than a sample.

Who can view a Digital ID?

School staff can view student IDs within their assigned access, and staff can open their own My ID. Verified connected guardians can view their child's ID in Scholiyo Connect when the school's approved design is available.

Can we view Digital IDs offline?

Connect requires an internet connection to display a fresh Digital ID. The card is cleared when the viewer closes, the app goes into the background, or the phone goes offline. The kiosk's offline attendance feature is separate.

Can we scan the codes on a Digital ID?

Digital IDs display sample QR and barcode graphics. These are not attendance or verification credentials. Use the attendance methods configured by your school.

From first hello to first day

How onboarding works.

Schools join Scholiyo by invitation, so there is no sign-up form to hunt for. Here is what happens after you ask for a demo.

  1. 01Before you decide

    See Scholiyo with your team

We walk through your gates, guardian communication, and reporting needs with the people who will use Scholiyo.

  2. 02Getting set up

    Prepare your workspace

When you are ready, a private invitation starts registration. We review your school details and prepare the workspace with you.

  3. 03From then on

    Go live with support

You choose who owns the account, activate the workspace together, and keep a direct path to help after the first school day.

Your registration contact and final account owner can be different people. You choose both while the workspace is prepared.
